Hope the beer is warm. It's often so cold here you can't taste anything! One local brewery/pub offered to fill a pitcher for me in advance if I called ahead so it could warm up a bit in the meantime.

I've done my best (not enough...) while in the US. I'm English, taught in the U of Wisconsin. Delighted to be offered a course in Native American Literature. Native students recognized that I was sympathetic and invited me to be Academic Advisor to the NA Council. Not bad for an Englishman.
