And why only have public comment at the beginning?! There should be public comment for every item that’s being discussed.

It’s a very good thing, and any attempt to curtail people from using their voice is a gross violation of the u.s. constitution as well as tar of the Commonwealth. It’s not the people’s job to advance discussion, it’s their job to speak out!
