Driver clocked at 135mph was on way to collect a Chinese takeaway The driver was caught driving at nearly double the speed limit on the A26 near Kilrea, County Londonderry.

It really is about time that cyclists are compelled to pass a test, have insurance and maintain a license and registration plate at all times.

Sometimes there are places and things on this dreary little island that can provide some joy.

It’s taking me longer than expected to recover from my overdose of Vitamin Sea.

Going to need a long easy weekend down at The Oval to fully recover and resume normal service.

Sometimes you really do just need to spend two weeks in your very own beach cove.

Normal service will resume…… shortly……..probably?

Yeah, sadly, without video evidence, no action would be taken.

For me, it's the casual way that she jolts her car forward without looking.

Had I been in front of her at that red light would she have rear ended me?

Utterly oblivious to her surroundings. Enjoy eating those 6 points and fine as well as expensive insurance for 5 years.

This is what addiction looks like.

Hopefully, the 6 points and fine will be the jolt needed to change behaviour.

Otherwise, this is a serious injury or death on our roads waiting to happen.

Top tip for a drivers who get caught scrolling instagram whilst driving: Please keep scrolling, it really helps collect decent evidence for use in court.

The magistrates will really appreciate it if you look around, scroll a bit and keep watching instagram reels.

Interesting that this electric car got a parking ticket here?

Is it because the parking sign actually says “charging electric vehicles only” but the road bay only says “electric vehicles only”?

Of course they will! My favourite one is the woman who tried to persuade the magistrate that she'd been "targeted" by me?
Prosecution asked her on what basis she felt targeted. Her answer?
"Because I was using me phone". Defence called for a pause, and she came back in and changed plea to guilty"

Sometimes, turning around to catch a driver on their phone is worth it.

It adds about 30seconds to my journey.

It also adds 6points to the driver's license, adds 100% to their insurance renewals for the next 5 years and subtracts at least £200 from their bank balance. Gutted.

Ian Payne did a phone-in this morning at 6 on @lbc.co.uk about the “unfairness” of motoring offences after he has to do a speed awareness course today

Why do drivers not know the law and think it’s ok to break it or plead ignorance. Would shoplifting be given the same treatment?

Do you think she saw me? I hope I didn't disturb her.

If only there was some way for her to have avoided this situation.

Accidents happen

Yeah, the bump up the kerb SHOULD be enough to be a hint to the driver that maybe they shouldn’t be there.

Sure! I’d HATE to scratch it though

Yeah, it’s low level stuff because they’re clearly just a lazy ignorant turd rather than a dangerous prick trying to kill me.

Anyone know if Trump made any poor taste jokes in front of the Japanese PM?

I’m only asking because I’ve seen 300 reposts of the same 40 second clip so far in the last hour alone.

No, this is not AI.

No, that is not a designated parking spot.

No, I did not perform a “wing-mirror removal service” for this driver.

A long line of stationary traffic and a piece of shit driver blocking the bike lane.

Frame it. Hang it in the Louvre.

For those at the back taking notes, yes, this does count as going through a red light and yes, the Metropolitan Police will issue a fine and points for this.

Exactly! The irrational hatred or casual dismissal of their safety (which account for 99% of bad driving in the UK towards cyclists) simply doesn't exist in any meaningful way in NL because the drivers see themselves on the bike so behave in a civilised and normal way.
