What if you separately collect event information from organizers (provide a way to list an event). Wouldn’t be comprehensive, but I suspect you’d get a lot (especially if anyone could load it, not just the actual organizer.)

Regional winners and IC semifinalists or finalists. The US has three (in 5 regionals and one IC - Cameron, Charlie, and Joaquin). I would expect several more, particularly at NAIC!
Don't forget that the top finishers at regionals will not take away spots - I wouldn't be surprised if 30 juniors make worlds from the US this year! Good luck at Vancouver, we'll be there with you!
