When Tekashi 6ix9ine, the rapper and former gang member, finished serving a three-month sentence at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, he left carrying a peculiar souvenir. He showed it off to two friends who were waiting outside the jail to collect him: it was a homemade SpongeBob SquarePants figurine with a jagged series of lines—not unlike a heartbeat monitor, or a mountain range—scribbled on it. This was, 6ix9ine explained, the autograph of Nicolás Maduro, the President of Venezuela. The signature was also dated, in Spanish, “2.º Abril.”

“Look, one of one,” 6ix9ine said, holding up the SpongeBob, which, he later explained, another inmate had meticulously crafted, folding six hundred pieces of paper and sewing them together, over the course of two weeks. “Maduro signed it,” he said, proudly, before adding, “Venezuela forever.”

This image shows a person sitting on a bench seat inside a train or subway car, holding a large, fluffy dog on their lap. The dog has a thick, light gray to tan coat with a darker face, and its tongue is hanging out as it appears happily panting. The person is wearing a red jacket and blue jeans. The dog's leash is visible, and the person's hand is gently holding it. The window by their side lets in natural light, and blurred passengers can be seen seated further along the train.

You gotta give to the GOP.

They trained their voters to hate “libs” so much they would gratefully accept every manner of corruption, lawlessness, cruelty, ineptitude, and criminality, and cheer it on, so long as it is their team doing it.

My buddy and I watched Bloodsport and Commando yesterday. I've watched Bloodsport before, so as you can imagine, I wasn't prepared for it to be the better of the two lol

Obviously, Commando had a higher budget. "Wealth belongs in the hands of those best suited to wield it" or whatever lmao rite???

I'm ostensibly a straight, white man who's frankly uncomfortable with large swaths of the aforementioned and I'd like to draw the line more at legislating your personal comfort.

Like, lots of people don't like lots of people. I just don't see why you have to make a law about it.

I'm sure I've said it before and I'll say it again that I was doing 3 lifts a session for 20-25 minutes and now I've added a fourth for 25-30, but I've gone as high as 7 for like an hour but I don't want to spend all day in the gym.

...something like 205x10 tho, so I guess maybe I'm not doing so bad? The most I've ever squatted was like 335, maybe 345 and I'm at 295x3 on that.

Need to LIFT MOAR

Super bummed about my leg curl progress. Over the past few weeks, I've gone from 165x10 pretty hard to 165x10 a lot easier, but not, like, 11 or 12x165, whereas my other lifts have gone up more like you'd imagine my n00bgainz in 6 or so consistent months.

To my recollection, my "natty limit" is...
