I hear ya. I really love these discussions with hopes it builds more equity across artists. There are so many hidden costs to producing creative work that discussing in the open has often helped me get better at billing and quoting over time. It takes practice to get comfy talking cash money 🤑

Those ppl getting mad when you have frank discussions about making money from art are not friends, supporters OR professional thought partners. They want you to meet a particular character design they have of artists. Boo!
