Posts by Adam Jennings for MN State Auditor
Great conversation with John, thank you for having me on Wedge LIVE!
Being on the State Board of Investments is not the biggest part of being State Auditor, but I get a lot of questions about it as I travel all over the state.
We can’t let the GOP weaponize this office. We need the strongest DFL candidate to stop them. Thank you again to the CD 6 DFL for hosting the Greater Minnesota DFL Candidate Forum, the link to watch is here: youtu.be/LMVUhiq8LK4?...

I am so proud to receive the highest possible rating from @stonewalldfl and I will continue to be a strong ally to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
We must do everything we can to protect the entire Boundary Waters watershed.
As your next State Auditor, I will not let politicians in Washington hand over one of the country’s greatest wilderness areas to a foreign mining company. And I will not let a foreign company destroy a robust outdoor recreation economy.
Republicans in Washington made an absolutely shameful decision yesterday when they voted to roll back protections on one of Minnesota’s greatest natural assets in the Boundary Waters. We have to stand firm as Minnesotans and say, “you will not destroy the crown jewel of our environment for profit.”

Democrats often say young people are the future, but I know they’re already stepping up and leading on the issues that matter today.
I’m so proud to have earned the endorsement of the University of Minnesota College Democrats!
Our public investments must be rooted in justice, and I trust Adam to protect the progress we’ve made here while leading with transparency and equity.” Minneapolis City Council Member Ward 12, Aurin Chowdhury
With a seat on the State Board of Investments it’s critical that our next State Auditor is committed to divesting our state’s funds and pensions in countries committing war crimes, including Israel.

“I’m proud to support Adam Jennings for State Auditor, because now is the time to elect leaders who will stand strong on their progressive values. Adam has years of experience in finance, understands local government as a mayor, and will be able to move our values to action.
Happy Tax Day! Today is a day to celebrate the volunteers who serve their communities by helping folks file their taxes all across our state. Thank you to everyone who stepped up to assist their neighbors, local communities, and towns this tax season.

“I’ve known and supported Adam Jennings since 2018, and I’ve seen firsthand his commitment to public service and accountability. Adam leads with purpose and a clear sense of responsibility. That’s exactly what we need in our State Auditor.” John Hoffman, DFL State Senator District 34

“Adam Jennings is committed to using this office to advance equity, challenge systemic disparities, and ensure our government truly serves all Minnesotans. I’m proud to endorse his campaign for State Auditor.” Omar Fateh, DFL State Senator District 62
The message couldn’t be more clear - we need someone who will stand up for the programs that Minnesotans believe in, who will fight for transparency in government spending and who will make sure our tax dollars are being spent ethically.
I hope you’re ready to join us, we’ll see you at the next one!
Another great weekend of democracy! Team #A4A was all over the state from Sauk Center to Minneapolis to Goodhue, connecting with nearly 2,500 organizing unit delegates about what they want to see in our next State Auditor.
Coming at you live from Ivanhoe, looking forward to the rest of convention season!
Welcome back to #A4A University!

With so much focus on fraud currently, let’s strike while the iron is hot!
Welcome to #A4A University, a place to learn more about the Auditor's office. Please watch this video to learn about my plan to make the Auditor’s office stronger going forward. There is some basic block and tackling we can accomplish to take us to the next level.

Thank you to the AFL-CIO for sponsoring the Day Out for Democracy march. Federal agents continue to terrorize communities all over Minnesota, and we must keep protesting until ICE actually leaves our state.
Thank you to SD14 and Todd-Wadena Counties for hosting such productive organizing unit conventions. I was inspired by the conversations, the questions, and the shared commitment to the DFL. What a great kickoff to convention season!
It was great hearing DFL House Caucus Rural Campaigns Director Joe Shepherd speak about his candidate recruitment. In these turbulent times, it is especially important that we have DFLers running for seats up and down the ballot to challenge MAGA candidates.
It was great joining the Redwood County DFL meeting last night. There were over 50 people in the room, with more than half of them attending a DFL event for the first time. Minnesotans are fed up with the federal occupation of our state, and are ready to put those feelings into action!
That’s why I’m so proud, but not surprised, of the turnout we saw last night. Minnesota always shows up.
To all the caucusgoers, organizers, volunteers, candidates, precinct captains, and delegates: thank you. Minnesota has consistently been the state to stand up to Trump and the MAGA movement, including a federal occupation of our state.
Last night, DFLers showed up in historic numbers to participate in our democracy, stand up to ICE, and to support our neighbors. I was so inspired by the number of people who attended a caucus for the first time ever!
