Missed a payment they issued default notice, wouldn't remove it so I now pay £1 per month. Wrote again saying account is getting a default notice, so rang them saying you can't do it twice they were not pleased, I then offered £35 to clear it they hung up, so Im going to pay £1 for 141 months 👍🤣
