He isn't sure how long it's been since he last went to the beach. His foster parents must have taken him at some point, surely. But all he can remember is the suffocating noise of the crowds drilling into his head, the glaring sun, and the sand making him itchy. And now... The water is so chilly it makes Guy's skin hurt, but he doesn't want to stop floating on his back just yet, doesn't want to hear anything but the lapping of waves and the clicking of pebbles. Around the bay, the full moon lights up the mountain peaks, making them glow in an eery shade of white. The sky is dotted with stars. And it's so, so blissfully quiet.

On the one hand I’m a bit sad that Talamasca got cancelled. On the other hand, now everything I decide to put into my Gasper series is just as good as canon - or better, because it exists!

Anyways, the lads are going to the beach in this one.
