Since this pubbed, I’ve heard from 15+ people who do the same thing with their fitness trackers. What’s extremely cool about this is that most of us started doing this intuitively. Yet only a few companies, like Visible, have created products that cater to people with energy-limiting illnesses

I carved a cooking spoon out of a Japanese cherry tree log I got from my neighbor. Hopefully I can make a few more things from the remaining greenwood soon.
