Excellent!! Simple but so tasty! Lovely with some crusty bready for a double carb hit! Make sure to add some heavy cream at the end as it needs it

Ok so first question would be about the quality of the deflector. These minis aren’t really a reflection on a full sized Kamado. Important to allow the ceramic to heat and stabilise they cook with convection heat radiating back into the food too
