Delightful day in Berlin following the OEB conference. 2 days of learning, sharing and collaboration. Relaxing with some mulled wine and THE LARGEST potato dumpling I've ever seen. Truth! Relevant practice and reinforcement is key to learning that sticks. It's ironic that many times for the sake of time or cost, it's the practice/exercises that get cut. How did you get better at the skills you have, it wasn't from sitting around and talking about it. I guarantee it. 🤷🏼‍♀️
