Some countries put no data out, but seismic waves are felt and registered by seismographs all over the earth. So for example if a country didn’t tell the world about a quake the rest of the world would still know because of all the recording devices.

Greens are 1s and 2s that no one can feel. This app pulls from the USGS data and the USGS puts the data out there. Not all countries put tiny earthquake data out so their app doesn’t show those quakes.

Unless people die in earthquakes or there’s damage, then they’re not reported on in areas outside where they were felt. There are however earthquake apps on your phone if you would like so see how often the Earth is shaking. These are for the last 30 days, 6.5 is the largest. 7s make the news

I have a BS is Geology so I went to school for a few years but I learned nothing about this time period until I signed my son up a couple of years ago for an online history class from NextLevel Homeschool called Medieval Technology. We don’t call it the dark ages anymore

A few days before the cold hit Florida I went out and found some green bees in the morning glories. They were so fast not many bees were in focus while in flight but I like this one and it’s close.
