I've recently gotten into hermetic philosophy and a lot of alchemy, which surprisingly fits VERY well with rain world. considering the gnostic and buddhist inspirations of the game, hermeticism and neoplatonism is not too far off
here's me trying to fit the quintessence into the lore #rainworld

Artificer with rebind mods is a lifesaver for me, changed her campaign from a frustrating slog to one of my favorites to play, I can’t say it will help you enjoy it any more though if the combat in general stresses you out, but explosive parry is very important in my experience!
