Finished reading Alex by @zoestorm.bsky.social. It's good. Not a lot of conflict, but there's definitely something to be said for a story where (most) people are just nice to a trans person, once in a while.

In hindsight, it's apparent that the far right's fixation on trans women wasn't for the benefit of cis lesbians. It was also really obvious the whole time. Everyone who thought about this a little called it.

Finished reading To Own the Libs by @zoestorm.bsky.social. This was one of those times where I knew from the start that I'd enjoy it. The premise gave me strong RCBG vibes, and while not quite as unhinged, I loved to tag along for this dense-ass egg's journey of self-discovery.

Finished reading A Mask for the Sun by @tinylesbianrobot.itch.io. A great finale to a great trilogy. With all the misery the characters are put through (in this book and the series as a whole), the rare moments of joy hit the hardest, in my opinion.
And the ending 🥺 ... I'm fine. Everything is fine.
