I'm generally happy if my bench boost score comes close to being my highest scoring bench of the season (maybe obvious, but still).

Going into FH34, I'm wondering if FPL allowing unlimited transfers every week would make the game more/ less enjoyable and lead to more/ less variance across teams?

I've always been an FPL "purist", but nowadays I might find it more fun picking a different team each week

In recent seasons, this is typically when I've been most engaged in FPL - chip strategy planned, transfers mapped out, mini-league in the bag.

This season, 3.8m and not an inkling when - or even if - I'll play my chips. No content consumed, not really any idea of what teams have doubles/blanks

Finally have a player I own haul, but it's against the team I support, so can't even enjoy that 😂

I started playing FPL many years ago to make games I wouldn't usually care about interesting.

Recently I've stopped watching games where I have no FPL interest.

More recently I've stopped enjoying games where I DO have FPL interest.

Time to stop playing FPL, perhaps.

Just checked my old work mini league for the first time in a while. I'm just 20pts ahead of a guy that stopped playing in GW14.

This week he outscored my team by 7pts playing with just nine men (has Doku, Bruno G, Marc C, Mateta & Gvardiol).

Our toddler has been enjoying the Olympics. Today I awarded him a hastily-crafted gold "medal" made from a commemorative coin shoddily taped to an old shoelace tied together.

He is so proud of it it breaks my heart (in a good way).
