Maine SSN Co-Leader Rob Glover has been awarded a Fulbright U.S. Scholar Award to Portugal for Spring 2027.

His project will take him to Lisbon, where he will research Portugal’s drug decriminalization policy 25 years on, teach an upper-level drug policy seminar at Universidade Catolica Portuguesa, and collaborate with local scholars on community-engaged research.
