The project aims to establish an EU-level observatory on data centre governance and was recently announced as one of the 15 new awardees of the Ulysses programme (run by Research Ireland & the Embassy of France in Ireland).

This work is part of the project "Governance of Data Centres in the EU: Reconciling Strategic Autonomy and Dual Transitions", co-led by Thomas Le Goff (@telecomparis.bsky.social), which examines how data centre governance intersects with questions of digital sovereignty & sustainability.
