almost everytime i see people not on the aro-ace spectrum give an opinion about it, it turns out to be the Worst Fucking Take Ever™️. actually insane
-Narrowing SoDo bike lanes with zero notice post construction
-Removing key turn restrictions across the bike lanes in Pioneer Square
-Not a single traffic diverter in the largest Home Zone to date
I guess Dir. Brady and Mayor Wilson have SDOT on the same marching orders as the last admin still…
@attie.ai, for those who wanna press the funny buttons too

Every time an AI thing dies I get a little bit stronger
Everyone is celebrating this because it's good. But it’s important to remember it's also funny.
Hey y'all? If there is one place you absolutely Do Not Want profit-motivated surveillant "AI" bullshit to start creeping in, it's your interpersonal sex life.
If you're a tinder user, don't just Not Accept this plan to have "AI" scan your photos to make a profile of you, actively & Loudly reject it
The ground is officially broken on RapidRide I, replacing the 160 between Renton and Auburn by next year.
Every time I get an email from some services saying "we're updating our terms of service," I just assume they're adding terms allow them to take my data and sell it to all of the LLM companies.
Old news to us but some of you still just don’t fucking get it so

Looks like Ferguson and Kotek will be announcing the prioritization of a "core set of projects" that includes replacing the twin spans and building light rail, but doesn't include I-5 widening or new interchanges.
They still have a funding gap of $1.2 to $2.2 billion on that.
If any other company did a feature like Boost Mode it would get a trailer, blog post, socials posts
Look how far they buried it in their own patch notes

Your voice could make the difference in a regional funding measure ⬇️
This is indefensible crap from a single Senator who has done some good work on transit in the past so I am genuinely confused here.
The Mosquito Fleet Act is a GOOD THING and the state Senate should have overruled him but won’t because he’s too powerful.
Map showing traffic in Delridge backing up to Louisa Boren K-8, about 1.3 miles
I've been noticing the bridge traffic backing up on Delridge for over a mile once again. When this happens, cars use the 21st and 26th Ave greenways as shortcuts, making them almost unusable for bikers.
Without traffic diverters the greenways fail during rush hour, when they should the solution.
Adhd is so cool because I want to do anything and everything and to compromise I just do nothing ✨ truly magical

A busy urban street. A cyclist wearing a white helmet and teal shirt riding a light-colored road bike is stopped behind a crosswalk. She is next to a white SUV.

Pulled. out. a. megaphone.
I absolutely thought this was hyperbole, a metaphorical megaphone as it were.
NOPE, this driver came fully equipped to make sure someone outside of a car knows their place (not in front of the driver's car, that's for sure!).
Drivers are not OK.
