Fred update: my liege, my chummer, my lovely boi, is on his last days - he’s survived so much longer being 80% liver than anyone expected a and everyday has been a gift of unconditional love
He’s comfortable, and quiet, and will be having the best days we can manage over the next 48 hours

The cleanup continueth - late last night I smelt the smell - it’s the doormat (which wasn’t quite dry when I brought it in as it was raining) and I put it out on the balcony to dry properly today
