Spending this morning going through the Digital ID consultation. I've been quite impressed by some of the decisions made by govt around the consultation but the actual doc doesn't fill me with confidence anyone knows what they're talking about. Digital ID is, apparently, not just an ordinary log-in.

The Making it Real Board - and several of the Partnership Boards that had worked for many years with the Council - have been replaced by ‘priority groups’ including volunteers chosen by the Council, looking at issues of the Council’s choosing. 3/
The decision was announced at the start of a scheduled Board meeting - no consultation, no warning, no prior notice to two volunteer Expert by Experience co-chairs. 2/
