I like training, as it helps with my imposter syndrome and lets me practice my improvisational skills, but... sometimes I just want the regularity of my core work.

Tomorrow starts 4 weeks of me, for the third time, facilitating the training of a 12-person cohort joining our team. I'm not alone in the training but each Monday I will be solo for 6 hours. I enjoy this, but training has taken up the majority of the last 6 months and mannnnnnn I am tired of it

Shingles vaccine is two shots, minimum 2 months apart. I had shingles in my 30's, all along the sciatic nerve on my left thigh. Never again!

Just got my 2nd shingles vaccine shot. Side effects hit me hard but that pain paaaaaaaaaaaaales in comparison to the pain I experienced when I had shingles.

The trouble with computers (AI), of course, is that they're very sophisticated idiots. They do exactly what you tell them at amazing speed, even if you order them to kill you. So if you do happen to change your mind, it's very difficult to stop them obeying the original order, but... not impossible.
