I finished Starfield's Terran Armada this morning, and.. Wow, I was expecting a LOT more than the mere dribble of a campaign they gave us. I swear, it was so half-assed. Vanguard or Crimson Fleet questlines? Epic. Hell, even Shattered Space had more depth than this.

Just because I will probably be bitching more before I write my DLC/update review, I do want to say: It's still Starfield. I am mostly enjoying the gameplay itself, and also like some of the new weapons (including a rifle that's basically an AR-10 available in both ballistics and laser).

Starfield (and Bethesda's in general) writing has always been pretty rough, but.. The new Terran Armada DLC is particularly half-assed, and the questline itself has so far been fluffed out by "Do X 3 times" bullshit filler missions rather than writing something bespoke.
