Being admitted to the hospital following what should have been a simple outpatient procedure is not how I wanted to spend my weekend.

My dog is so high right now. All those meds and she still tried to eat her vet. Now she doesn't know what she's doing with her life.

Partner is still in the hospital, so I'm performing self-care by getting more tattoo work.

Partner was home for a whole 3 days before their pain became unmanageable and sent them back to the hospital. I would really like to have them well already.

Three more hours... only three more hours until the pharmacy opens. Even if it's just a few days worth until they figure out where my refill went... anything to get me out of withdrawal.

I went from 60mg to nothing because of this issue and the withdrawal symptoms are getting worse by the minute. The vertigo is getting so bad that I don't even think I could safely drive myself to the pharmacy at this point.

I'm actually really worried if I can't get this medication filled as soon as the pharmacy opens at 9am. Everything I read about it before starting it talks about how important it is to taper it SUPER slow. Like, open the capsule and remove a couple beads at a time level of slow.

Paid extra to have my medication delivered, since I've been dealing with my partner's surgery and health stuff all week. It was supposed to be here days ago. Called today, it got marked as delivered. I've been home all day, medication never arrived. Now withdrawal has started and I'm pissed.

The wolf spiders in Grounded 2 are absolutely horrifying and far too sneaky for how big they are. Or maybe I just got unlucky twice and walked into their spawn point right as they loaded, but they should not be this good at ambushing me.

So... #Grounded2 is really fun and I have found a new massive time sink. Send help.

The US Healthcare system is awful, but I'm so proud of my partner for advocating for themself during this last week. They were finally discharged today with a plan that feels safe and focused on their recovery instead of them being treated like a dollar amount.

Thanks, it's not me in the hospital at least. Partner is the one who was admitted.

It would be REALLY COOL if I could stop spending my birthday in hospitals.
