Fun upcoming event at my local for Mothers Day for my Guelph pals. New poster by me. I love experimenting with these.

Brand New Old News
About 2 weeks ago I took a trip to the local library and found possibly the coolest comic Ive ever seen.
“Dwellings” by Jay Stephens is a horror anthology comic styled entirely like an old 60s kids comic. The authenticity of it is incredible and it’s also very disturbing and definitely not for kids.
A collection of the Dwelling comic series by Jay Stephens. The cover shows a crow eating an eyeball out of a skull.
There is also a Bookoff just a few blocks from my hotel.

Something delightful for your scroll. youtu.be/s1At5s0YLSs?...
Yeah. It me.
Cover of THE LAND OF NOD TREASURY
On a purely coincidental note: Everyone should read THE LAND OF NOD by Jay Stephens. Everyone should read everything by @jstephenscomics.bsky.social but seriously read THE LAND OF NOD like right now
Aw thanks! And if you'd all like to wait just a wee bit before hunting down an out-of-print copy, @blackeyebooks.bsky.social and I have a pending announcement about a certain ULTIMATE collection...
I don't own the rights to TSS, Cartoon Network does. Otherwise I would've been on this years ago! Thanks for staying hopeful... maybe one day CN will bring the family back.
I love Bill Hader, but it’s hard to get excited when this shares the name of my award winning horror story from 2020… @blackeyebooks.bsky.social
Thanks so much!
I don't own the rights to The Secret Saturdays, CN (Paramount? Who knows?) does.
No. At the time, CN was turning their focus to live action programming, and our show no longer fit their vision.
90s Alt Comix rear view mirror. Anything seemed possible. Tragedy Strikes, Black Eye, Kitchen Sink, Dark Horse, Oni… my original champions.
GREAT in-depth overview (spoilers) of Dwellings by Grief that actually nails some of the easter eggs and narrative overlaps... youtu.be/MO0FLLQuVPc?...
Mood.
Stay Golden.
Thank you! My tribute to the yard sale vintage comics I grew up reading.
Yes. More Dwellings.
Sorry it took so long. 2025 was a helluva tough year.
FIGGY FINALLY FINISHED! Furthermore, all six issues have been delivered to Gold Key Comics… stay tuned!
One of my heroes. Happy Briefer Day!

Tall blue hued mushroom-like trees with holes around the outside of it's 'cap' and long trailing branches, similar to a floating jellyfish.

Fantastic Planet (La Planète Sauvage) was released in 1973. I saw it when I was very young and it was my first introduction to animated science fiction and work of this kind. It remains one of my favourite styles of artwork. Perhaps that's why I love seeing artwork like this in games. #Warcraft
Have you seen the whole series? The true identity of Kur is revealed at the end.
Aw, YEAH!
