A graph showing household income vs emissions

A graph showing household income vs emissions

Here's something I wrote about "unconventional" carbon credits, making the world's first (??) income-based carbon footprint calculator, and trying to determine the avoided emissions benefit of Brian Thompson's homicide.

Most carbon footprint calculators determine carbon impacts based on consumption and lifestyle. But through the Offset project I got interested in the relationship between income and emissions: is it possible to calculate impacts based solely on income levels? And what would those calculations imply?

Slop Evader - Chrome Web Store An extension for avoiding AI slop

Tired of all the slop? I built a browser extension called Slop Evader that only returns search results from before Nov 30, 2022 - the pre-ChatGPT internet. Sure, the info is a couple years old, but at least you know a human wrote it :) chromewebstore.google.com/detail/slop-...

Offset Marketplace is a new project in collaboration with @tega.bsky.social. We calculate the carbon savings of industrial sabotage, package these savings into carbon credits, and sell them as certificates. Profits are then donated back to the activists responsible for the actions. offset.labr.io
