Two Bluet flowers in grass and clover.
Bluets are blooming around the farm. I found a lucky five petal flower on my walk today, pictured here with the typical four petal variety.
Have you ever found a Bluet flower with six or more petals?
Drawing of a book with a desk printer on the cover with the title "The printer that simply worked and other fairy tales"
Rock in which I perceive a smiling cartoon whale in profile facing to the left of the frame.
Do you see pareidolia in manufactured objects and/or nature?
Grey sky over green pasture. Most of the trees are still bare.

Yes. I saw a post that claimed there was a new stronger Iranian DOS attack underway.
Screen capture from the livestream of two owlets in a nesting box.
Owlets uncovered.
Sunshine and blue sky. Two Border Collie dogs run across green pasture.

Someday, with luck and hard work, she will have a name too.
Several people with signs like this at the Boston Marathon today
Oh, and I guess owlet is the proper terminology rather than chick. 😊
Yes.

Yes, people eat Ostrich fern fiddleheads here too. They are supposed to taste like asparagus. This is a Christmas Fern - not an edible variety.
The first panel shows a crow with the title "How to live a good life". The second panel shows a crow cawing at itself in the mirror with the subheading "Make friends". The next panel says "Explore" and shows a crow looking into a commercial waste bin. The next says "Try new things" with a crow eating something vile. The next one says "Be curious" and shows the crow grabbing a hissing cat's tail". The final frame says "Get a hobby" and shows the crow looking closely at a book of matches.

Oh wow!
Excellent pareidolia creatures.
I am curious, do you have a pause eating/using them once you see the creature?
Thank you.❤️
I enjoy documenting the change in colors and light each morning.
I just finished listening to Automatic Noodle by Annalee Newitz. Twice. It is a fun story. Highly recommend it.
Now today it is on sale on Libro.fm - only $4.99!
I am glad I listed to it last week when I sorely needed a pick me up.
Fiddle heads and unfurling ferns. Photo bomb by a Border Collie dog.
I noticed on my walk, last week's warm weather had the ferns blasting through the fiddle head stage. Still a few remaining in the unfurling state.
The Border Collies were photo bombing. Here Logan remained distant so I got the shot in focus. I wish I had managed one of Grace's nose up close.
Blue sky and sun shines across green pasture touched with frost. Buds are beginning to show on some trees.
View on my morning walk.
It was a frosty one at 31°F / -0.5°C.
Seeing this after my other reply. Brrrr…
Sweet!
Looked So cold.
Looks delightful! Sorry you did not have time to have the tea party. I hope you had some other special times.
Invasive where I am in southern New England too. Amazing to see it pop up green and unfazed in winter.
I wish I could find someone that wants to eat it.
Border Collies are adaptable. Some of mine lived in suburbia before I bought the farm. I think they are happy with a person and some outlet that uses their brain
I enjoy the pictures of your walks together and your neighborhood experience. And I very much appreciate seeing your glass artworks.
