Tonight, we stepped into Mythic for our first kills of the season in week 2, and not only did we kill the first boss in Voidspire, we also killed Chimaerus, the single boss in Dreamrift and as a result ended up in Hall of Fame!

This is my first HoF kill too - so stoked!

So top 5 EU Ally on most fights at my iLevel, which isn't too bad for an old fart!

Mythic Progress kicks off on Weds night, and we should be able to knock off at least 2 of those bosses in Mythic after we fully clear Heroic and get a Week 2 Ahead of the Curve again.

Last year I started off at 220lbs, and got down to 186lbs through mindful awareness of food calorie costs, so right now I'm at 194 and aiming to get at least down into the mid-180s again.

Ideally I'd be around 155, but I don't think I'll ever get anywhere near that 😂

And the food tracker is nearly as good as MFP's, which is its main selling point, that database of foods and their nutritional values.

I do all this because every year my SAD means I put on a chunk of weight. This year I gained 8lbs, which I need to try to shift, and using the app helps a lot.

I do intermittent fasting, so I don't eat for a minimum of between 14 and 16 hours per day, depending on how late I've eaten the night before.

MFP had an awkward enforced tracker goal of 14 or 16 hours, but Cronometer doesn't force that restriction, which is nice!

So recently #MyFitnessPal updated their app, and the UI/UX now is god awful. So I cancelled my premium sub and started to look around for something else.

Notonly did I find something much better, but it's over 30% cheaper per year!

I'm using #Cronometer now, which seems a lot more detailed.

#Dispatch has done it again!

I think my brain is starting to exit its winter hibernation mode, AKA Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Most of the past 4 months or so feels like I've been running on low power mode, especially with us having 3 months of rain!

But with the recent brighter mornings and sun, it feels better somewhat now

This makes management much easier, and Fastmail seems very good as a service.

Only thing it seems to lack in terms of email is some way of "starring" a specific email, but admittedly I haven't yet had a deep look at labels and filters.

Previously I'd had my online storage, VPN, email, 2fa and calendar all with Proton.

So I'm still in the process of moving everything, but today I've started using Fastmail in conjunction with my personal domain.

So rather than aliases, I can literally create new email addresses for each service.

I'm making moves out of the Proton ecosystem. Mainly just to diversify my tech stack, and spread my tech investments between various suppliers so I'm not 100% invested in one single potential point of failure.

Either that or he has the administration goons on the lookout for a handy Sarlacc pit...
