I learned about the moon being a supercomputer that sometimes produces NPCs that become sentient living beings and then try to do things I dare not repeat in polite company.

I also worked on an audio engine. That was pretty neat.

You also have to have Doom refer to himself in the third person. I think this is absolutely necessary for Doom to work.

This is also a challenge for the actor.

Eternally in hell, we live, by default

(I don't know who that guy is, I am simply using an excuse to reference this song)

But it's not called "Fate Grow/Potato". The name is very important, I feel.

(I know it isn't but a man must dream)

They should make a series called Fate Grow/Potato where all the Heroic Spirits are different pioneers in agricultural technology and the goal is to get The Best Farm.

Tokiomi: I summoned the strongest heroic spirit who is infamously mercurial and likes showing off. I'm going to proceed to lock myself in my house and do nothing.

Gilgamesh: Hey Kotomine I've got a great idea.

I liked the Kariya Matou storyline. Well, I liked parts of it. I liked how the show didn't hesitate to point out that his "heroism" is driven almost entirely by his own self-righteous delusions. I did not like.... the worm thing. At all. I do not like those worms.

I mostly thought it was silly for this guy to accuse a character who is supposed to be Literally King Arthur of not understanding how terrible war is. Maybe Fate King Arthur is very different from Normal King Arthur, besides... y'know, the Obvious Difference.

I don't know, I've seen the toy train sequence in Wallace & Gromit: The Wrong Trousers....

Feels like telling Beowulf he doesn't understand the perils of fighting dragons. I'm pretty sure he knows!

Which is funny, because it's the other Type-Moon property that got turned into the Very Popular Fighting Game (Melty Blood).

....though I think the new one added a bunch of Servants from Fate as characters anyway.

I liked the Racing Bit.

Kiritsugu: You don't understand this, but war... is hell....

Literal King Arthur: ....why would you think I don't understand this? I'm King freaking Arthur. Do you have any idea how that story goes?

So I do vaguely understand that we are *supposed* to think Kiritsugu is kind of a Self-Righteous Asshole and the show ends with this being pointed out to him in no uncertain terms, but my tolerance for the guy ran out real quick.

That's how things are, sometimes.

I watched some bits of the parody show. Carnival... Phantasm, I think it's called? That was pretty funny, even if I'm pretty sure I didn't get most of the references.

That Tokiomi Tohsaka guy also seemed *incredibly* stupid. Just generally unwise.

I tried watching "Fate/Zero" and I couldn't get into it. I couldn't vibe with the main male protagonist's deal.

I did like the uh.... Gilles De Rais guy.

"If you gaze into the abyss, the abyss also turns you into a waifu. And maybe also a super computer moon NPC that gained sentience through a glitch."

Neato. I play Limbus Company mostly because I really liked the developer's previous game, Library of Ruina, which was not a gacha, but takes place in the same setting. So I was hooked that way.

....is Nietzsche also a character in Fate?

12 hours ago 2 0 1 0

Emperor Nero is *also* a waifu, right? I believe I remember this being the case.

Does this version of the attack inflict bonus damage against Macbeth, who I assume is in this game, and also might be a waifu?

12 hours ago 3 0 1 0

I suppose when one is a Supercomputer-That-Is-Also-TheMoon-Generated-NPC that was inadvertently granted sentience due to a glitch, having a hobby helps. Wouldn't be my choice, personally, but such is the panoply of human experience, I suppose.

Oh my. For multiple reasons.

As one does, I suppose.

....up their hooha? Like, the whole thing?

Funnily enough, I reread those chapters on a whim earlier today and yeah, that whole bit is great.
