The warm glow of nostalgia can be hard to resist sometimes.

Inspired by some vintage photography uncovered in research deep dive, this composition caught my eye and I felt compelled to recreate in my own style.

Experimenting a bit as I move into my next solo show. I want this body of work to be dreamier, messier, freer in form and brush stroke.

It makes me wonder if, in production, they have to wait a long time between knocks and opening up the doors to get and stage all the reaction shots.
