Getting there. A lot of new hardware and still some occasional pain. Getting caught up w/grading and starting to sketch out a second edition of my e-book so the creative part of my brain is finally showing signs of life. Starting PT a week from Tuesday. Thx for asking and my best to you and yours!

Well, my good news is that I just had my first shave and shower in six days. I had a two level lumbar fusion surgery last Tuesday and got home Friday afternoon after a rough stay in the hospital. Im also on less pain medication. Hey - when you ask for good news…I deliver!

I went to ASU and lived in Tempe back in the mid ‘70’s and there is nothing like Springtime in the Desert.

Nothing.

And I miss it dearly to this day.

LOVE the fact that it appears you pulled over and looked behind you for this photo. I don’t see that very often among photographers and I wouldn’t have thought to do that so thx for this teachable moment!
