For anyone who's like "oh but that's by a master I could never do that"- consider trying it! These older games are huge resources for learning much like how traditional artists do studies from classical paintings. It doesn't always work the same but there's always something to learn.
Okay, the first Resident Evil was 10x campier than I ever realized it was and I am HERE FOR IT. I don't care if it hasn't aged super well, I'm very invested and I can't wait to play more of this next week! See y'all there~

For the longest time I thought frutiger aero was my endgoal but I can appreciate an aesthetic like that without wanting to fully adopt it into my visuals.
After a lot of drifting around and consideration, I think I've finally landed on Dreamcast/GameCube era as my goal aesthetic for my rebrand.
SEGA in particular was very good about bold bright colors and sharp edges in a way that I really fw and wanna bring into my streaming content.
