anyone got any advice for waking up and not immediately being nauseated as hell?

if i wake up too early, im just nauseated for my whole fucken day.

Finally posted a new video on the YouTube channel where I tried to beat Breath of the Wild with only bullet time attacks!

Hopefully next video we do doesn’t take about a month to complete again 😅
