My bike chain snapped while I was standing up pedalling. I went over handlebars and spun in the air, before landing on my back and head. My brain has been saved twice in as many years by helmets. I feel remarkably fine, except my neck feels a bit fatigued. Always wear a helmet! #cycling #helmets
