Oh yeah, sign me up!
Closer up of Ray Wise, with long hair, smoking a pipe.
Ray Wise, still with the long hair, opposite Heather Locklear.
Damn, Ray Wise is rocking a magnificent hairstyle in this episode of TJ HOOKER.
Yeah, totally. I actually think there’s some GAH in the Iron Man movies, with Tony‘s armor not always working right.
I hope you enjoy them! I think Bionic Six is the only one not on physical media or streaming.
Yeah, ABC developed a Greatest American Hero reboot awhile back, pre-Covid. But it was a half-hour comedy that really bore no resemblance to the original.
Okay, here we go…
- The Greatest American Hero (not sure if that’s niche in these parts)
- Galaxy Rangers
- The Bionic Six
- Due South
- Misfits of Science
- Voyagers
Coming June 1: MURDER BY DESIGN
In a world carefully constructed for murder, solving crimes takes a keen mind and eye in a witty, clever, and fresh reinvention of the whodunit.

Tossup between this and The Night Stalker for me.
Repost with your first crush.
Brianne Leary as Officer Sindy Cahill of TV’s CHiPs.
Ah! Right, I forgot they shot a couple episodes in Alberta, I think.
I’m not sure what show TWW is.
I was gonna say, some Canadians are gonna take issue with that…!
Watching too much TV can be a drawback sometimes. Like when you can easily spot the murderer in a shot-in-Canada show because it’s the only American guest star.
TJ HOOKER. Nothing subtle about it.
Hooker chases a suspect into a construction site, and you can see the Smoke House sign in the background. It’s a famous restaurant in Burbank, across the street from the WB lot. George Clooney’s production company is called Smokehouse Pictures after this place.
Judson Scott
Tracy Scoggins
Robert Davi
and Greg Morris as Dave Reemer
Today’s TJ HOOKER, “Exercise in Murder,” has quite the 80s guest cast.
Which is which? I'll never tell.

Hello, and welcome to America’s most difficult game show: John Magaro or Michael Angarano?

Uuuuuugh.
You ever notice how in the Superman the Movie poster, he's got one fist out, and on Superman II he's got two fists out? Well BUCKLE UP, I gave him three and four fists for Superman III and Superman IV, respectively. Hilarious!
They're cowards for not doing this.
There is only one person who can get Bluesky working again.

I was lucky to read an advance copy, and MURDER BY DESIGN is fantastic! A fun take on the "genius detective" archetype.
A hawk (or some kind of bird!) with its wings outstretched, gliding through the air above a brown and green canyon.
Felt like Elvis Cole yesterday, watching this hawk ride a thermal in the canyon.
Ah, the Hollywood VFX Shuffle!
