He's scared. Tesla sales are tanking, California is about to rule that "Full Self-Driving" is false advertising, Starship keeps blowing up, SpaceX loses too much money to IPO, and XAI is burning $10 billion/year for the 4th place chatbot.

It's over, he knows it, and only corruption can save him.

After a few calm days $TSLA seems to be on the move again.

First time an agency stands up against Musk's army of flying monkeys?

Yeah, to be honest, I'm struggling a bit at the moment about where to go next with things I'm doing. Getting more serious about volatility is one of the roads I'm thinking about so Teddy had to take a break. We'll see.
How are you doing?

It's beyond absurd indeed. Pilot projects with functioning robotaxis pop up all around the globe. Tesla is more dead last than it is a leader.

Today's IV on $CRWV is a gift imo.

The Musk is on a propaganda tour to make the locals on and around the land he grabbed in the wildlife refuge, feel like "Starbase citizens".

Does Tesla have too many moving parts? Trading idea: $TSLA

Getting ever deeper in volatility which unfortunately ties me to the other platform because heroes of the space seem stuck there. I do hope outages like todays may help to have them move.
Anyway, talking about volatility - $TSLA does move a lot these days

Off to the races Trading options is widely considered to be much more challenging than trading stocks.

If you are going to buy an option today, think speed - not direction

An option, you say? In the world of options there are three groups of traders: those who lose money, those who more or less break even and those who make money.

Been working on a newsletter to post trading ideas.
But first some philosophy

What MLK knew that today’s progressives keep forgetting | CNN Sixty years ago, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s social justice movement was facing overwhelming obstacles, including a White backlash to Black progress. But King did something that eludes many of today’...

Not sure if MLK should be dragged into this but article provides a lot of great thoughts, I think, about the left failing to find an answer as to how to deal with the orange man.

So more or less broke even on what have essentially been failed trades. When starting out in a good position in regards to IV and skew, that, to me, is the advantage a calendar trade offers.

Week later and I don't know if I should update this but needless to say I ended up closing both trades early, losing 2% on MCY and gaining 2% on the TSLA calendar. Watching it closely during the trade has once again shown what madness the Tesla stock brings. Market was ready for $TRUMP, it seems.

On days like this shops like Citadel must have fun selling a few million options to short term gamblers.
And on other days too, I guess.
Also - don't days like today somewhat disprove the gamma squeeze theory?

Talking about calendars, if you think $TSLA has a chance at pinning at 400 this week...

Few hours later and term skew advantage is disappearing.
To me calendar spreads are the most beautiful creatures in trading.

For any traders on here, look at $MCY.
Diasaster tourists provide great term skew for a short term calendar imo.

I'm short $ENVX, partly because I think $2B is an absurd valuation for a small business that has yet to show a functioning product, but also because I have this weird fetish for disheartening retail and small institutional holders 😂

He makes a good point, I think, in saying that the media made a big mistake in not taking him on earlier. In the end Elon today is the Elon the media created.
