Just finished carving a #Nosferatu portrait on a 3’ Funkins Tombstone for the Funkins booth at Transworld. I’ve never done such a big carve before

Hand carved portrait of light of the NCC-1701 starship Enterprise as seen in Star Trek the Original Series. The light comes from carving into the pumpkin, the deepest parts are the brightest, shaping the light into an illusion of 3D realism.

I’m a pumpkin artist. I just finished the most difficult and technical carve I’ve ever done. Check out this 18” portrait of the NCC-1701 Starship Enterprise based on the cover art of a model kit.
