everything else is on it except the SWIFT code. she said they have a separate document - some kind of flyer - with the SWIFT code on it. but no single document with all the info I needed, which is what the distributor is demanding lol. which is insane because that code is so easy to verify/google

she never said it's just for businesses - she said she couldn't create a customized letter for me including all the information I needed, and sign it. but they do customize those letters for folks with business accounts.

she didn't say I wasn't allowed to get paid by a foreign account, she said she could not customize a letter for me and sign it. I've worked for several businesses in the UK and they've never required a *signed letterhead* from my bank before. they already have all my info!
