I'm curious if, given his stated belief that pluralism is a lie, he also believes Christians don't belong in Iran, Saudi Arabia, India, China, maybe even Israel, etc. Or maybe it's not pluralism he has a problem with.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Alberto Castañeda Mondragón says his memory was so jumbled after a beating by immigration officers that he initially could not remember he had a daughter and still struggles to recall treasured moments like the night he taught her to dance. But the violence he endured last month in Minnesota while being detained is seared into his battered brain. He remembers Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents pulling him from a friend’s car on Jan. 8 outside a St. Paul shopping center and throwing him to the ground, handcuffing him, then punching him and striking his head with a steel baton. He remembers being dragged into an SUV and taken to a detention facility, where he said he was beaten again. He also remembers the emergency room and the intense pain from eight skull fractures and five life-threatening brain hemorrhages.
ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.”
What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.
Ours had probably 70+. We had people out in the hallway because they couldn't all fit. And it was led by Naomi Kritzer!
So far, he's publicly *said* he's changing course. That is not the same thing.
What if we did not have those videos? How many Americans would have believed this? Or given the Administration the benefit of the doubt?
This raises another — and rather urgent — question.
What else is happening that we are not seeing on camera?

Greg Bovino came to Minnesota to set up camp. Now, he's leaving, packing up his tent in a storm. He did one thing right. He is leaving Minnesota better than he found it.
They will not break us. They will break upon us.
We direct you to the response in Arkell v. Pressdram...
To be absolutely clear, I absolutely *do*think these people are dangerous sociopaths.
And if the shooter is, like, a normal human, and not a dangerous sociopath, they probably need a little counseling themselves. Most LEO's don't sign up to kill people! Being willing to get right back out on the street is a good indication you shouldn't have been out there in the first place!
Just to be clear, I absolutely *do* think these people are dangerous sociopaths.

Serious question. Is there any indication AT ALL that he *went to* a place where he knew DHS would be, as opposed to just, you know, being at Eat Street, as many people were? What protest? This is just a few people on site responding.
He wasn't at a protest! DHS showed up and he started recording! Is there any indication, at all, that he chose to go where he knew DHS would be?
This constant lying is not aimed at making the people believe a lie, but at ensuring that no one believes anything anymore. A people that can no longer distinguish between truth and lies cannot distinguish between right and wrong. And such a people, deprived of the power to think and judge, is, without knowing and willing it, completely subjected to the rule of lies. With such a people, you can do whatever you want." A quote often attributed to Hannah Arendt
It sounds like this quote often attributed to Hannah Arendt, though my understanding is there isn't good evidence she ever said it. Whoever came up with it, it's true.
Oh, I'm well aware we're not anarchists. I'm just trying to capture the right's... Unique take on is. Syndicalist is a new word for me, though, so thanks for that!
Minnesota: Extremely well organized anarchists. Do I have that right?
This is apparently on X. I have a few concerns: 1) why is DHS sending photos of (alleged) evidence that should be in a secure chain of custody that is now lying on a car seat??? and 2) being armed does not on its own justify the use of deadly force — there has to be evidence he was trying to use it
This mirrors my experience. I'm a Saint Paul resident. I see videos of what DHS is doing here in Threads much faster than BlueSky. But. I also need to be much more careful that the videos are actually what they say they are. Both have their uses for me right now, but you need to know how to use them
Let's make sure to tell them frostbite is a liberal conspiracy because liberals secretly own all the jackets and glove manufacturers.
The many videos coming out of our cities should make it clear this is *not* a crackdown in immigration. They aren't getting warrants to detain people they have probable cause to believe are immigrants. This is punishment and intimidation. This is state violence directed at liberals. Please say so.
Fair enough, apologies. I've seen a bunch of AI garbage about my city in the past twelve and it's really got me on edge. I've also seen people at least implying this was in Minneapolis.
Stop sharing this video. This is NOT Minneapolis yesterday. I don't know when or where it is from. Falsehoods don't help anything. Delete this and tell everyone you see posting it that it's not related to this.
So, we've elected Charles Guiteau to the presidency. Great.
Booooooooo!
"Biden lowered your costs, but wasn't able to make it permanent. So if we let that expire, causing your costs to rise Austin, that's Biden's fault for lowering them in the first place."
Do I have that right? Like, that's his actual argument?
ICE detain U.S. citizen for looking Somali—use illegal chokehold to tackle him to ground.
Man repeatedly begs agents to look at his digital passport ID—they refuse.
Drove him 7 miles away before releasing him alone into Minnesota snow storm—told him to "walk home" in freezing weather advisory.
can't stop watching this clip of a tesla Optimus teleoperator taking his headset off before properly logging out the robot
Great, now do housing, childcare, and healthcare, for the median working family and for a minimum wage earner. Time, as opposed to money, isn't necessarily a terrible way to look at this, but food isn't most people's main expense.
Shit. Four albums, not five.
