I'm having a fight with management because I believe these boys should be with their peers and not be held back because they aren't "ready" (whatever that means)
Curious to know other people's thoughts on this and whether this is a hill I should die on.
At my daycare in my (2 & 3 year old) room, there's two boys that are both 4 in June. Both of these boys are autistic, have big language delays and were held back originally cause they "weren't ready" for the next room
