I had a lesson yesterday and was hitting some great shots, but today it all went out the window and my entire body is sore and aching. I know the only way to get better is to keep playing but I feel like I got hit by a bus 😆
The last couple of weeks I’ve been having a crack at padel ball, sort of tennis x squash, thanks to brother and nephews in HK. It’s quite fun and I can definitely see room for improvement. Unfortunately, I keep pulling leg muscles as I haven’t done anything this high intensity for a while 😅

Sorry for slight delay, was just tweaking the recipe for a home kitchen! I developed these for my ex-small bakery/café. They’re non traditional with orange zest, dark choc, and currants, but feel free to switch up flavours 🥰

For sure! Mine are also tangzhong-based because you get THE fluffiest buns. They’re enriched with egg and a bit of butter as well. The recipe is a bit involved but I’ll drop a screenshot shortly 🥰
