Great points! A friend of mine who referred their realtor to me used the realtor-recommended inspector and has so far not had any issues.. but you're right, you never know! I plan to ask for tax history as well as utility costs (winter/summer) for any sudden... expenses. 🤔

Rend now sports 'velvet scales' all over her body, rather iridescent scales covered in a fine sheathes of fur. Doodled some rough examples of what they might look like with varied iridescence!
