Yep, same. I'm down almost 130lb from my highest weight. I've obviously had chemical help, but it's been a ton of dietary changes too.

Very! With my shot, I need to get so much more protein now. I still don't get enough. But it makes me so cognizant of what I'm consuming. I don't eat many pure carb foods because it doesn't add value to my nutrition intake. And I think it's why I've been successful dropping weight.

It's basically that. It could be shorts weather, torrentially raining, and then snowing in the span of a week.

That's why I love Atlanta so much, I think. Its weather setting is just Arkansas.
