I might consider getting a cheap xp pen or huion (non-screen) drawing tablet for the times when I want to have my drawing device on my lap rather than up high on a desk.

I'm kinda miffed that the latest wacom drivers don't support my old intous drawing tablet.

Felt like an actual scam when the wacom centre app straight up said "you should buy a newer product for better support".

I finally finished my Sophie fanart! I tried really hard with this and it may not have come out how I wanted, but it was a learning experience!

Hiya y'all, Happy New Years eve!

I drew a Casual Christmas Stera and a Santa Beard Valeria to celebrate Christmas, thought it was about time to post'em here.

I don't think it's something I can learn to like either.

Drawing with a lighter pressure leaves me with pencil lines that feel unsatisfying and shaky.

And I feel like a neanderthal whenever I draw with hard pressure, and the lines feel abrupt and violent.

If I had to describe what using a pencil feels like.... it's like I'm punching the paper.

It's frustrating because it doesn't deserve that sorta treatment.

Random 4 am complaint.

I really don't like drawing with pencils.

Mechanical Pencils I love.

Just a regular pencil tho, I kinda hate them.

A 4H or 6H is bearable.

Regular HB and 2B and 6B just feel super chunky and numb feeling to me lol.

I wrote a journal entry about my frustrations with my sketch from yesterday.

I transcribed the pages into the alt text in case my writing is too messy for you to read.

300 characters for a post, and 2000 characters for each alt text was a hella wild decision.

I've been playing FE Fates lately and decided to sketch my avatar unit.

Gave her some eye bags because you go through some stuff in this game.

I really liked this sketch, but I got really bummed out when I decided to try using some markers I bought a long time ago and the colouring got all botched
