Braymiller Market building in downtown Buffalo remains in limbo The Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency on Thursday put off a decision on whether to call in a $561,000 loan Braymiller Market defaulted on.

It seems it’s only a matter of time before Evans Bank forecloses on downtown’s Braymiller Market.

In the meantime, city officials are debating how to fill the space. The Acting Mayor wants it to be a police station; a Council leader wants a grocery.
