I was in the same boat a couple of years ago, but I tested out about six different trainers before I made my decision. Now I've been at the same gym for over two years now.

Yeah, I'd personally avoid CrossFit if possible. But they do usually offer personal training, and sometimes the coaches are super gung ho about CrossFit in those 1-on-1 scenarios.

Reach out to several in your area and be up front about how you're looking for a trainer and testing them out before you decide. They may offer a free trial sessions, but some may charge. Use these to get a feel for who they are and how they work, and choose the one you're most comfortable with.

I'm curious if you tested out Zed with a Claude API key? I tested it out a while back with Copilot, but Copilot kind of sucked at the time. I'm thinking about going back and testing it out again though since I enjoyed the editor in general.
