Flavoring oils can make some very tasty chocolate vaiants.
Family favorites are orange and mint.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE MINT.
That oil is no joke.
A quarter tsp should be enough.

Melt in microwave or double boiler until butter is incorporated and mixture is smooth.
For peanut butter fudge..
Omit chocolate.
Use 1 cup of regular peanut butter.
The mixup kind will not set properly.
All other ingridients remain the same.

6oz unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup of butter
1 cup of powdered sugar alternative
1 scoop protien powder
6 TBSp heavy cream
1 tsp espresso powder (optional)
