I'm taking the 'fanciful' and particularly 'in the way portrayed' wording to mean that if you are portrayed as a baby, no reasonable is going to believe that the person in the picture is an actual baby, even if small adult.

So I ended up stuck like this til the bag was empty, then strapped into the chair like normal. It keeps my butt securely on the seat so I can’t even lift up and make room for a mess…
