The biggest difference between doctors and patients, IMHO, is the sense of urgency. Doctors are watching patients like us over years, but we worry every day. We need to align the cadence of care.

I agree, to catch up on stories in a never ending For You feed deserves a more enjoyable, focused space. I love what you're doing @sill.social! Re: feeds, I have one to keep up on specific research I care about. So often my feed is quite slow and I feel caught up, can @sill.social be used w/feeds?
