Fulham's owner (Shad Khan) is a genuine, not by borrowing, billionaire who hasn't been afraid to spend. Now, more financial rules are making that less helpful but that really helped us get out of Cship, back when (unlike now) other clubs in 2nd div didn't have the same money.

But what if Xavi Simons spends 90mins *celebrating* like they've just won 5 games in a row? How many points for that?!?
The image quality here is possibly the most 1970s thing ever.
More misunderstood baddies than The Godfather, Taxi Driver or Scarface?
The stories back then were that Fulham tried and Boro wouldn't budge, but unclear how "tried" the offer really was.
I probably agree with the joke here, but folks on the intertubez that are 110% sure that everyone else knows exactly what they mean when they use the term "liberal" versus "leftist" might be in for a surprise to learn that most folks are just confused by them.
Without stating your age, post your favorite film released the year you turned 18.
Is Xavi Simons still celebrating as you pod?
I was surprised that last season, which started at 1.55ppg, still wouldn't have gotten us into Europe, even sans Swoon.
Dropping off every Spring sucks, but maybe we shouldn't be frustrated that we lost something that was in our grasp, bc it never really was.
If it makes you feel any better, if FFC *had* maintained that "first 2/3 of the season" performance over all 38 games we'd have finished in 10th, 10th and 9th places those seasons. So still out of the European spots, even with no Spring Swoon.
Over remaining 5 games of this season, Fulham will need 9 points (that's 3 wins in 5 games) just to have this "post-International Break period" match the 1.42 points per game we averaged in first 31 games of the season.
Villa (H) - Arsenal (A) - Bournemouth (H) - Wolves (A) - NUFC (H)
I hope the club didn't plan to sell Jedi for a profit, bc this season will have driven his value through the floor of the basement. Fingers crossed that by August his speed is back to where it used to be or we'll be in the same place again next season - wondering if/when our best player will show up
Is this because all four of these teams finished ahead of MU last season?
Is Xavi Simons done celebrating yet?
Is this another excerpt from that Kash story?

How steep is the fall-off for Fulham after the season's final international break? Our points per game has declined post-March every season in the PL and the decline has been larger each spring than the year before. #SilvaSpringSwoon #FulhamFC #FFC
Has Sess been Fulham’s best player today?
Feels like this second half Fulham have selected for ‘move the ball faster’ which means more turnovers. I *think* I’m okay with that tradeoff
Does Lukic need to leave as a sub before he does so with a second yellow? #FulhamFC
Mug depicting Joe Bryan’s free kick goal for Fulham against Brentford at Wembley in 2020.
I’m counting on my Joe Bryan mug to provide some assistance in the second half against the BusStoppers.
Without Iwobi, more chances for one of our ‘looks good’ attackers to actually ‘be good’ on the field in this moment and not some ‘promising future.’
Is that the second time today Muniz has blocked a shot from a Fulham teammate? #FulhamFc
By shouting to each other from different rooms, usually while the sink is running so no one is sure what was actually said?
ZM's work is so specific and well-explained - the attacks on it/him need to be equally exact - but they can't be bc his proposals (tax on carpet-bagger mansions) make sense to normies. The crazies can only hit w 'This is a slippery slope to StalinTown!' which bounces off his regular guy surface.
Oh yeah - I had a Prius for a while and as it got older I really noticed (as with all gas cars) the creeping maintenance costs. And the drips of oil left behind wherever it was parked.
I believe some of it is EV-centric but think about all the other vehicle features that we almost never use (four wheel drive, horsepower for speeds over 80mph) that people's brains get hung up on. "But what if I need to [blank] and can't do it" is a powerful brainworm. We're all preppers?
And EVs have such a massive 'cheaper to maintain' advantage. Driving a petrol car (or even a hybrid that still needs oil changes, transmission fluid flushing, radiator service, etc) is so much more expensive in ways I didn't really grasp until I stopped paying for them.

I have a fourth grader and a couple of his friends recently got Walkman-style radio/cassette machines. They're recording themselves and marvelling that there are multiple radio stations that are playing *all the time.*
